I promise I'm not just trying to sound fancy...
Personal fitness consultancy is a well-rounded approach to your health and fitness with an emphasis on education and understanding.
Together we tailor nutrition and training programs to you, your body, your schedule and your goals. Everything we do has a purpose and my goal is to make sure you actually understand why you are doing what you are doing.
When you understand the logic behind your routine, your motivation and discipline skyrocket. Over time, this builds total autonomy, giving you the skills to easily manage your own fitness for the rest of your life.
The ultimate goal To teach you enough that you eventually no longer need me.
About Me
Hey, I'm Keelan
These days my training largely revolves around endurance sports; running trails, cycling, swimming, training for a triathlon, or signing up for events that seemed like a good idea at the time.
I'm a very average athlete, and I think that's a good thing.
I've never been the fastest runner, the strongest lifter, or the most naturally talented at any sport. What I have done is spend years learning how to train consistently, stay healthy, and enjoy the process. That's the experience I bring to my coaching.
Why I Train (And Why I Love It)
For me, training isn't about chasing a certain look for a single week of the year. I love it because of what it gives back to my life every single day.
It gives me energy, structure, confidence, and a daily challenge. It helps me manage stress, stay focused, and feel physically capable. Just as importantly, it has introduced me to incredible communities, training partners, and lifelong friends.
Whether someone's goal is completing their first 5k, building strength, losing weight, or preparing for an ultra marathon, the underlying process is the same: show up consistently, make small improvements, and let time do the heavy lifting.
Why I built this website
To put it bluntly, I am sick of the sheer amount of bullshit online making a healthy lifestyle feel inaccessible to the average person.
A large proportion of fitness content makes staying healthy look miserable, aggressively restrictive, and impossibly complicated. And the rest is built around selling you complex plans that are far from necessary.
Here is the truth: It is remarkably simple, and the data backs it up. You do not need to do crazy, extreme diets or live in the gym to completely alter your life.
My Mission
I built this platform to help you find your own genuine passion for fitness, without the headache.
My goal is to simplify fitness and show you that by making a few small, low-friction lifestyle adjustments and letting those healthy habits compound over time, everything else naturally falls into place. You don't need a fancy plan or to change your entire life. You just need to aim to be a tiny bit healthier today than you were yesterday.
Let's strip away the bullshit and build a strong, capable body on your own terms.
How Consultancy Differs from Traditional Personal Training
Traditional personal training is built to keep you coming back forever. You pay a premium, show up to a session, blindly do whatever exercises the trainer tells you to do, and leave without ever understanding why you did them. The second you travel for work, get busy, or stop paying for sessions, your progress flatlines.
I do things differently. My ultimate goal is your complete autonomy - so you can manage your training and nutrition by yourself, or at least fully understand how to, so you can adapt it on the fly when life gets in the way.

The Strategy Consultation
We begin with a deep-dive into your lifestyle, schedule, and fitness levels. I map how to inject simple, high-yield principles of training and nutrition directly into your existing week without it feeling like a second job.

Optional In-Person Sessions
Hands-on technique coaching if you want it. Early on we may meet a few times to master lifting form and build confidence. Later, sessions can progress technique and intensity, or become educational workshops - you learn how to program your own training, not just follow workouts.

You will fully understand how to manage your own training and nutrition. Fitness becomes a rewarding, natural part of everyday life - not a chore or exhausting diet.
